Meet Kieren - Conflict & Culture Specialist

Kieren works with organizations to address what's often left unspoken — the conflict, communication breakdowns, and team dynamics that quietly erode culture and performance.

Drawing from a background in Sustainable Business Practices and People & Culture Management, combined with advanced training in Conflict Analysis and Management, Kieren brings both the human and organizational lens to workplace challenges. Whether working directly with leadership or facilitating team-wide conversations, her approach is practical, evidence-based, and built around lasting change.

Kieren is a Professional Counsellor and ICF Certified Coach currently completing her Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management at Royal Roads University.
