Meet Kieren

Conflict, Change and Transitions Coach

Hi, I am Kieren. I work with couples, individuals, and organizational leaders navigating conflict, communication, and change. Whether you're a couple seeking deeper connection, an individual navigating difficult conversations, a team leader moulding team dynamics, or an organization looking to shift its culture, I offer a range of services tailored to meet you where you are.

I believe conflict is not something to be resolved and moved past — it's an invitation to understand yourself and each other more deeply. My approach is grounded in equity, curiosity, and tailored care, holding every person in the room as equally heard, seen, and valued. My aim is to send you out more connected, more capable, and more curious than when you arrived — with skills that grow with you long after our work together ends.

Conflict doesn't have to be the end of the story — it can be the beginning of a better one.

Coaching with Kieren

My coaching practice is forward-facing. Whether you're navigating conflict or standing at the edge of a significant change, we begin by getting clear on where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. From there, we move together, with intention and direction.

My coaching practice focuses on two areas: Conflict, and Change and Transformation. These are broad, rich territories that touch individuals, couples, leaders, and organizations alike — encompassing communication, culture, and the transitions that reshape who we are and how we relate.

Whether you're an individual looking to transform your relationship with conflict, a couple working to move through difficult conversations, a leader learning the social styles of your team, or an organization looking to nurture your team dynamics, my coaching is practical, purposeful, and built around your goals.

Conflict and change are inevitable — but how we meet them is a skill. And just like any other skill, it can be learned, practiced, and grown.
