Hi, I am Kieren. I work with couples, individuals, and organizational leaders navigating conflict, communication, and change. Whether you're a couple seeking deeper connection, an individual navigating difficult conversations, a team leader moulding team dynamics, or an organization looking to shift its culture, I offer a range of services tailored to meet you where you are.
I believe conflict is not something to be resolved and moved past — it's an invitation to understand yourself and each other more deeply. My approach is grounded in equity, curiosity, and tailored care, holding every person in the room as equally heard, seen, and valued. My aim is to send you out more connected, more capable, and more curious than when you arrived — with skills that grow with you long after our work together ends.
Conflict doesn't have to be the end of the story — it can be the beginning of a better one.

Counselling is an invitation to go inward. Together, we explore who you are, where you've come from, and how your unique history has shaped the way you move through the world and your relationships. Because everyone's starting place is different, we work together to create a path forward that is uniquely yours. Understanding your past is how we find your route to where you want to go.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
For couples, I draw from the Gottman Method — an evidence-based approach to building intimacy, navigating conflict, and creating lasting connection.
Regardless of whether we are navigating dynamics between two people or an individual's personal journey, my counselling approach is collaborative and empowering — the goal is not just insight, but building the skills and the relationships that allow that insight to thrive.
We believe that different ways of working offer different ways of seeing.
Summit Within brings together three practitioners whose approaches are genuinely complementary — not by accident, but by design. Between us, our practice is at once emotionally alive, structurally grounded, and always in search of meaning.

We are each made of something more than we know.
